Position Title: Primary Care Physician - Bilingual in Cantonese Required

Salary Range: $240,000 - $270,000 *Wider range available depending on experience and location
Role Overview 🩺
The primary goal of a Primary Care Physician at Oak Street Health is to deliver equitable and effective value-based healthcare to Medicare patients within our innovative neighborhood clinics. Our physicians work at a single medical center supported by large care teams, enabling a focus on quality over volume.
Our value-based care model rewards positive outcomes, reduces hospital admissions, emphasizes preventive medicine, and provides an exceptional patient experience. We seek physicians motivated to deliver excellent care to older adults. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Highly qualified candidates may also be considered for a Center Medical Director position.
Responsibilities 📝
- Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics
- Oversee, direct, and administer primary care services
- Prescribe medications and pharmaceutical treatments
- Maintain Electronic Medical Records (EMR) using Canopy and Greenway
- Collaborate with regional and central leadership to achieve health quality goals
- Partner with Practice Managers to guide and manage the care team
- Perform other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications ✅
- Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) graduate
- Board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License
- Active DEA license
- Authorized to work in the US
Preferred Qualifications 🌟
- Fellowship in Geriatrics
- Experience working with Geriatric populations
- Experience in a Value-Based Healthcare setting
- Proven ability to work collaboratively to achieve positive health outcomes
- Experience in outpatient primary care environments
- Bilingual proficiency in Cantonese or other languages where applicable

Salary Range:
The typical pay range for this role is $174,070 - $374,920. Actual offers depend on experience, education, location, and other relevant factors.
