Family Medicine Physician H-1B (Mandarin-Speaking)

Location: Queens, New York

Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible)

We are actively seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join our busy outpatient practice. This role offers a chance to provide high-quality, patient-centered care within a culturally sensitive environment. H-1B visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, emphasizing prevention and long-term health maintenance
• Conduct telemedicine consultations weekly from the office
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Prescribe medications, interpret diagnostic tests, and educate patients on treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Serve as a trusted healthcare advisor and community leader

🎓 Qualifications

• MD or DO, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active New York State medical license (or eligibility to obtain before starting)
• Fluency in Mandarin is required
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver culturally competent care
• Experience in outpatient care settings is preferred but not mandatory

⏰ Work Schedule

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week, with 1-3 weekends per month required
• Part-Time: Minimum of 3 days per week

💼 Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: Starting at $260,560 - $312,707, based on experience and qualifications
