🏥 Job Overview

We are actively seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to provide patient-centered, high-quality care in a culturally sensitive environment. This position offers flexible full-time or part-time hours in Queens, NY, with H-1B sponsorship for eligible applicants.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• ✔️ Deliver primary care services to patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric
• ✔️ Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, focusing on preventive care and health maintenance
• ✔️ Conduct telemedicine consultations from the office on a weekly basis
• ✔️ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• ✔️ Prescribe medications, interpret diagnostic tests, and educate patients on treatment plans
• ✔️ Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
• ✔️ Serve as a trusted healthcare advisor and leader within the community

🎓 Qualifications

• ✔️ MD or DO, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
• ✔️ Active New York State medical license (or eligibility to obtain before starting)
• ✔️ Fluency in Mandarin is required
• ✔️ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver culturally competent care
• ✔️ Outpatient care experience preferred but not mandatory

🕒 Work Schedule

• 🟢 Full-Time: 40 hours per week, with 1-3 weekends per month
• 🟣 Part-Time: Minimum of 3 days per week

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• 💸 Competitive salary: $260,560 - $312,707, based on experience and qualifications
