Location: Hackensack, NJ

Position: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• 📞 Provide phone support; document all merchant and reseller/agent issues; resolve outstanding issues promptly
• 🖥️ Prepare and stage POS hardware and software for deployment
• 🔧 Maintain POS department equipment and tools
• 🛠️ Perform hardware repairs both in-house and in the field as needed
• 📝 Test, evaluate, and document all software and hardware issues
• 👥 Provide training to associates, merchants, and resellers
• ⚙️ Install and configure software, hardware, cables, wiring, and networks
• 📊 Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• 📝 Provide necessary documentation and reports

Qualifications & Skills

• 💡 Resourcefulness and strong problem-solving aptitude
• 🗣️ Excellent communication skills
• 🌐 Bilingual in English & Korean (preferred)
• 🖥️ POS/PC support experience (preferred)
• 🚗 Ability to work off-site occasionally
• 🎓 CompTIA A+ Certification (a big plus)
• 🔄 Willingness to travel for business
• 💪 Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation

Pay Rate: $20/hr - $29/hr based on experience (DOE)
