Responsibilities ⚙️

• Provide prompt phone support and document all merchant, reseller, and agent issues
• Resolve outstanding issues quickly and efficiently
• Prepare and stage POS hardware and software for deployment
• Maintain POS department equipment and tools
• Perform hardware repairs in-house and in the field as needed
• Test, evaluate, and document all software and hardware issues
• Deliver training to associates, merchants, and resellers
• Install and configure software, hardware, cables, wiring, and networks
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Maintain comprehensive documentation as required

Qualifications & Skills 🎓

• Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Bi-lingual in English & Korean
• POS/PC support experience preferred
• Ability to work off-site occasionally
• Business travel may be required

The pay rate ranges from $21.00 to $29.00 per hour. Our benefits package includes:
