🎯 Responsibilities

• Support & Documentation: Provide phone support, document merchant and reseller/agent issues, and resolve outstanding problems promptly.
• Hardware Preparation & Maintenance: Prepare and stage POS hardware/software for deployment, maintain equipment and tools, and perform repairs both in-house and in the field.
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Test, evaluate, and document software/hardware issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Training & Installation: Train associates, merchants, and resellers; install and configure software, hardware, cables/wiring, and networks.
• System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot as needed.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of procedures, issues, and resolutions.

📝 Qualifications & Skills

• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Bi-lingual in English & Korean
• POS/PC support experience preferred
• Ability to work off-site occasionally
• Willingness to travel for business as required

💰 Compensation

Pay rate: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour
