📝 Responsibilities

• Provide phone support and document all merchant and reseller/agent issues
• Resolve outstanding issues promptly
• Prepare and stage POS hardware and software for deployment
• Maintain POS department equipment and tools
• Perform hardware repairs in-house and in the field
• Test, evaluate, and document software/hardware issues
• Provide training to associates, merchants, and resellers
• Install and configure software, hardware, cables, wiring, and networks
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Prepare relevant documentation as needed

🎯 Qualifications & Skills

• Resourcefulness and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Bi-lingual in English and Korean
• POS/PC support experience preferred
• Ability to work occasionally off-site
• Willingness to travel for business

Pay rate: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour
