Responsibilities 🛠️

• Provide phone support; document all merchant and reseller/agent issues; resolve outstanding issues promptly
• Prepare and stage POS hardware and software for deployment
• Maintain POS department equipment and tools
• Perform hardware repairs both in-house and in the field
• Test, evaluate, and document all software/hardware issues
• Train associates, merchants, and resellers
• Install and configure software, hardware, cables/wiring, and networks
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Provide necessary documentation

Qualifications & Skills 💡

• Resourcefulness and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Bi-lingual in English & Korean
• POS/PC support experience preferred
• Ability to work off-site occasionally
• Willingness to travel for business

Compensation

Hourly pay ranges from $21.00 to $29.00.
