Responsibilities 🎯

• Provide phone support: Document all merchant and reseller/agent issues, resolving all outstanding concerns promptly.
• Prepare/stage POS hardware and software: Ensure readiness for deployment.
• Maintain POS department equipment: Keep tools and hardware in optimal condition.
• Perform hardware repairs: Both in-house and in the field as required.
• Test, evaluate, and document: All software/hardware issues for continuous improvement.
• Provide training: Assist associates, merchants, and resellers to ensure effective use of systems.
• Install and configure: Software, hardware, cables/wiring, and network setups.
• Monitor system performance: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Provide documentation: Generate reports and guides as necessary.

Qualifications & Skills ✅

• Resourcefulness and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Bi-lingual in English & Korean
• POS/PC support experience (preferred)
• Flexibility to work off-site occasionally
• Ability to travel for business as needed

Compensation Details 💰

The hourly pay range is $21.00 - $29.00 per hour.
