Role Overview

As a Portfolio Manager, you will take full strategic and commercial ownership of an IT or Security Services portfolio, such as Identity Security, Cloud Security, Infrastructure/Network Security, or Managed Services.

You will act as the "Mini-CEO"" of your portfolio, responsible for:

• Market positioning
• Growth strategies
• Profitability
• Long-term strategic development

You will collaborate closely with Solution Management, Sales, Delivery, Controlling, and external technology partners to drive growth and operational excellence. 📈

Your Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio strategy and define the roadmap
• Own P&L and margin performance
• Develop pricing models and business cases
• Lead go-to-market initiatives
• Manage vendor partnerships
• Ensure sustainable revenue growth

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years experience in portfolio or product management within IT or Cyber Security
• Fluent in English (C1 or higher); German skills (C1 or higher) are highly desirable 🇩🇪
• Strong commercial mindset and financial acumen
• Experience with pricing strategies and vendor management
• Strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and high ownership mentality
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
• Results-driven with KPI focus
• Ability to navigate complex corporate environments
