Responsibilities

• 📞 Handle customer inquiries regarding digital wallet services, transactions, and features via phone, email, and chat in Polish
• 📝 Provide clear and accurate information about account setups, transactions, and troubleshooting
• 💳 Assist customers with account access issues, payment processes, and refunds
• 😊 Resolve customer complaints and inquiries effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels
• 📂 Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up
• 🤝 Collaborate with technical teams to address concerns and improve service quality
• 🧠 Stay informed about industry trends and updates in digital payment solutions to provide informed assistance

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
• Prior experience in customer service, especially in digital payments or fintech, is preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
