What You'll Be Doing 🎯

• Serve as the first point of contact for Polish-speaking customers
• Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction
• Assist customers in managing and securing their accounts & passwords
• Resolve post-sales requests related to online store issues
• Deliver high-quality support consistently
• Manage large volumes of incoming calls & emails
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
• Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions

Requirements ✅

• Native or near-native proficiency in Polish, with good English skills
• Tech-savvy, curious, with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to identify technical issues and suggest immediate solutions
• Excellent communication skills to assist customers systematically
• High School Diploma
• Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends (if applicable)
• Active listening skills
• Previous customer support experience is an advantage
