Your Role as a Customer Technical Advisor 🖥️

  • Respond to customer inquiries: Answer and record questions raised through free phone lines.
  • Maintain data accuracy: Ensure precise input of inquiries, questions, and feedback in the customer service database.
  • Handle complaints: Deal with and log client complaints following the company's escalation procedures.
  • Support resolution: Answer support calls and emails within agreed SLAs and log interactions appropriately.
  • Troubleshoot issues: Use open questions, support documents, and system training to resolve problems.
  • Provide recommendations: Suggest solutions for common issues and frequently asked questions.

Requirements for the Role 🎯

  • Education: High School Diploma or higher.
  • Language Skills: Native or Fluent Polish.
  • English proficiency: Good level, B2 or above.
  • Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
