Responsibilities

• Create & Translate: Develop engaging, on-brand texts for various marketing assets, including newsletters, push notifications, and social media campaigns (both organic and paid), always aligning with communication goals.
• Proofreading: Ensure all Polish content is grammatically impeccable and stylistically consistent.
• Project Management: Manage translation requests and oversee project workflows, reviewing all Polish texts on our website and app for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Brand Voice: Collaborate within the Brand Marketing team to maintain a consistent tone of voice across all channels and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and team objectives.
• Content Quality: Strive to deliver high-quality, compelling content in every communication piece.

Qualifications

• Language Skills: Native Polish speaker with business-level proficiency in English. German or other European languages are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Polish Copywriter in a fast-paced online environment, preferably in e-commerce and fashion marketing.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the premium and luxury fashion segment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Writing Skills: Exceptional, fashion-forward, and engaging writing style with impeccable grammar.
• Organization & Independence: Highly organized with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Project Management: Strong skills in managing multiple projects effectively.
