We are seeking an experienced PMO Manager to lead and optimize our project management system, ensuring successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to top quality standards. This role is pivotal in bridging strategic management with project operations, enhancing operational efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
🎖 Key Responsibilities
Process Development & Standardization
- Establish the Project Management Framework: Develop processes, templates, and reporting standards.
- Ensure Consistency: Promote standardized practices across the entire project portfolio.
Monitoring & Risk Management
- Track Project Metrics: Monitor progress, quality, costs, and resource utilization.
- Identify & Mitigate Risks: Detect potential issues, implement mitigation plans, and report proactively.
Resource Optimization
- Analyze Resources: Assess capacity and resource allocation efficiency.
- Propose Strategies: Recommend effective resource distribution to meet project demands.
Technology & Automation Adoption
- Implement Tools: Leverage project management platforms like Jira, Backlog, etc.
- Apply Automation & AI: Integrate automation for tracking, dashboards, and reports.
Strategic Reporting
- Build Dashboards & KPI Reports: Provide real-time insights into project health and team performance.
- Support Leadership: Deliver data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
🎖 What You Should Have
Professional Experience
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IT Project Management, including at least 2 years in a Lead or PMO role.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing Project Management Frameworks and standardizing processes at team or portfolio level.
- Strong skills in analyzing project performance, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing data-driven improvements.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Backlog, or similar, including dashboard and KPI report creation.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills in Vietnamese and English.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum) are a plus.
