Your Role 🤝
- Coordinate financial and project controlling activities
- Analyze and consolidate data into management-ready insights
- Prepare executive reports using PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking processes
- Ensure governance across risk, issue, and change management areas
- Align stakeholders and support project managers in using PMO standards and tools
- Work with systems such as SAP and Clarity
Skills and Expertise 🛠️
- 5+ years in Finance PMO, preferably in IT environments
- Strong financial knowledge (e.g., accruals, capitalization, cost allocation)
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Clarity, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Experience managing complex, international programs with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Fluency in both English and German
