Your Role & Responsibilities 🎯
- Coordinate financial and project controlling activities
- Analyze and consolidate data into management-ready insights
- Prepare executive reports (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI)
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking
- Ensure governance across risk, issue, and change management
- Align stakeholders and support project managers on PMO standards and tools
- Work with systems such as SAP and Clarity
Skills & Expertise ✅
- 5+ years of experience in Finance PMO, ideally within IT environments
- Strong financial knowledge (e.g., accruals, capitalization, cost allocation)
- Advanced skills in SAP, Clarity, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Experience managing complex international programs and stakeholder environments
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Fluency in English and German
