Position: Pizzaiolo

Hours: Friday & Saturday, 4pm to 10pm

💼 Qualifications & Responsibilities

• ❤️ A love of great pizza!
• 😊 A positive attitude & willingness to be a team player
• 🧑‍🍳 2+ years experience in pizza making within a professional pizzeria & a good understanding of all areas of pizza preparation (including dough portioning, toppings, & cooking)
• 🍽️ Ability to manage making pizza, salads, & sandwiches at the pizza station
• 🌟 Passion for food & a desire to learn
• ⏱️ Capacity to stand for extended periods & work near the heat of the pizza oven
• 🧼 Maintain an excellent standard of cleanliness at the pizza station
• 🚗 Reliable commute to the restaurant location & punctuality
• 🕒 Flexible availability
• 🗣️ English & Spanish language skills — dual language capability is desirable but not required
