• Location: Remote (Headquarters in Plantation, Florida)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday with flexibility for additional hours as needed

Compensation 💰

Salary range between $60,000 - $75,000, negotiable based on experience.

What You Will Do 🚧

As a Bilingual PIP Adjuster, you will work closely with customers, attorneys, medical providers, insurance carriers, and vendors to resolve coverage and liability issues from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

• Investigating, evaluating, and settling insurance claims, including establishing coverage and negotiating fair settlements
• Interviewing claimants and witnesses, investigating claims, and identifying situations requiring special investigation
• Maintaining accurate diaries and detailed records to ensure timely claim processing
• Communicating clearly and professionally through written and oral responses
• Using tools such as ISO, TLO, buycrash.com, MDCC, BCC, FDHSMV, and Google Maps
• Continuously updating your knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends
• Ensuring all activities comply with federal, state, and company regulations

Requirements ✅

• At least 2 years of PIP Adjuster experience handling Automobile Property Damage Claims in Florida
• Licensed Adjuster – All Lines (FL 620 license)
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to develop and sustain professional relationships
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a production environment emphasizing time management, recordkeeping, and follow-up
• Team player with curiosity and a proactive attitude
• Self-motivated with openness to feedback and learning
• Proficiency in Word and Outlook
