We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our established pediatrics practice in Queens, NY. The role involves providing primary care to patients from infancy through young adulthood (ages 0-21). 🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care for patients aged 0-21.
• Perform well-child exams, sports physicals, and developmental screenings.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in children and adolescents.
• Educate families on preventive care, growth milestones, and vaccinations.
• Collaborate with pediatricians and healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

🎓 Qualifications

• Active Physician Assistant (PA) Certification and New York State license (or eligibility).
• Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (required).
• At least 1 year of experience in pediatrics or family medicine preferred; strong pediatric rotation experience for new graduates is welcome.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Excellent communication skills; commitment to culturally competent care.

🗓️ Work Schedule

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week (Outpatient only).
• Part-Time: Minimum of 3 days per week.
• Schedule includes no inpatient duties, no call, and no weekends.
