Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to become part of our busy outpatient team. Fluency in Mandarin is essential to deliver culturally competent care. This role offers flexible full-time or part-time hours to suit your availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, emphasizing preventive care and long-term health management.
• Conduct telemedicine consultations as part of your weekly schedule.
• Collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans under physician supervision.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging.
• Educate patients on wellness, nutrition, and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate, detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare standards.

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant (PA) certification and active New York State license.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in primary care or family practice (new graduates are welcome).
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cultural competence.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week.
• Part-Time: Minimum of 3 days per week.
• Weekends: Optional (not required).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $140,000 - $210,000 annually, commensurate with experience 💼
