Physician Assistant (Mandarin-Speaking) - Outpatient Practice

Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join our busy outpatient team in Flushing, NY. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality, culturally competent care to a vibrant, multicultural community. Fluency in Mandarin is required to effectively serve our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, emphasizing preventive care and long-term health management.
• Conduct telemedicine consultations as part of your weekly schedule.
• Collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Prescribe medications andmanage treatment plansunder physician supervision.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, such as labs and imaging studies.
• Educate patients on wellness, nutrition, and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare standards.

Qualifications:

• Physician Assistant (PA) certification and active New York State license.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in primary care or family practice preferred (new graduates welcome).
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide culturally competent care.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week
• Part-Time: Minimum of 3 days per week
• Weekends: Optional (not required)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: $140,000 - $210,000 annually (based on experience)
