With offices in Riverside and Glendale, California, we serve clients in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties.

Job Responsibilities

• Represent clients across all phases of Civil Defense Litigation, including businesses, personal injury cases, public entities, and individuals.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Manage depositions, hearings, trials, and mediations.
• Develop and execute defense strategies, negotiate settlements, and appear in court.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive defense.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and legal advice.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Preferably minimum 2 years of civil litigation experience.
• Active member of the State Bar in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of civil defense and insurance defense procedures.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases effectively under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong advocacy skills in courtroom settings.
• Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
