Position Details

• Role: Bilingual (English/Spanish) Pharmacy Technician
• Location: 1448 Fifth Avenue, Suite P1, Bay Shore, NY, 11706
• Hours: 35 hours weekly; Monday-Thursday 9:00am–5:00pm, Friday 9:00am–3:00pm; flexible schedule

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to consumers and clinic staff 😊
• Fill prescription orders and prepare them for verification under supervision
• Order, receive, and store pharmacy supplies 📦
• Process wholesaler medication orders
• Verify medication stock and maintain inventory records in computer systems
• Assist Pharmacist in maintaining pharmacy compliance with federal and state regulations
• Perform clerical duties related to pharmacy operations 📝
• Communicate professionally via verbal and written channels
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Access to reliable transportation and a valid US Driver's License
• Ability to work onsite at the specified location for 35 hours weekly

Preferred

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in New York
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification
• Experience with pharmacy data entry and prescription processing

Compensation & Benefits

The pay rate ranges from $16.15 to $28.80 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, education, and certifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
