Key Responsibilities

• Patient Advocacy: Greet patients warmly and assist with their inquiries, ensuring professional and caring service.
• Bilingual Communication: Support patients fluently in Korean and English for prescription intake, instructions, and questions.
• Pharmacy Support: Assist the pharmacist with prescription billing, inventory management, transactions, and maintaining an organized workspace.
• Data Management: Accurately input patient data into our pharmacy system (training provided).
