Job Description

The Personal Lines Producer at Solano Insurance Group is responsible for nurturing and expanding profitable relationships with personal lines clients while growing the book of business through new client acquisitions.

Responsibilities 🤝

• Assist clients with policy changes, payments, and questions
• Provide quotes and support both new and existing clients
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly
• Maintain accurate records in our system
• Support the team with daily office tasks
• Identify, qualify, and develop personal insurance opportunities with clients, either in person or over the phone
• Foster and maintain excellent client relationships through regular follow-up and timely quotations
• Support and prepare clients for renewal and retention efforts
• Maintain continuing education (CE) and stay informed about industry trends, new products, legislation, coverages, and technology to enhance knowledge and performance

Qualifications ✅

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Highly organized with strong time management abilities
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and various systems
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Property & Casualty (P&C) License
