We are currently looking for a Medical Coordinator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of delivering justice and fair compensation to those we serve.
As Medical Coordinator, your primary duties include assisting our attorneys and clients by coordinating medical appointments, managing medical records, and ensuring seamless communication among all parties involved.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate medical appointments for clients, ensuring timely scheduling and follow-up
- Manage and organize medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Communicate with healthcare providers, clients, and attorneys to facilitate the exchange of medical information and update on case status
- Assist attorneys in obtaining and summarizing medical records for case preparation

Requirements
- Prior experience as a Medical Coordinator or similar role is preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Some knowledge of personal injury cases is required
- Residing in California or Nevada is a requirement
- Bilingual in Spanish is required

TorkLaw is a multi-state employer, as such, any salary range provided may not be applicable in all states. Any offer made to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include years of experience, education, location, etc.
