📝 Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Provide mobility assistance, including walking, transferring, and positioning
• Help with toileting and incontinence care
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if needed
• Perform light housekeeping such as laundry, dishwashing, and tidying up
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Remind clients to take medications
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or recreational activities
• Monitor and report changes in client’s physical or emotional condition
• Follow care plans and communicate needs to supervisors
