Key Responsibilities

Business Lending & Referral Opportunities

• Handle business credit requests under $250K.
• Identify and refer larger lending opportunities to the appropriate team members.
• Cross-sell treasury services and related small business products.

Relationship Building & Business Growth

• Develop referral business opportunities through Centers of Influence (COIs) and the Member Get Member (MGM) Program.
• Assist in strategizing to Grow & Expand the small business client base.
• Implement effective sales plans targeting the existing Book of Business customers.

Client Service & Outreach

• Engage in outbound and inbound calls to acquire new clients and deepen relationships.
• Promote cross-selling of relevant products and services to enhance the client experience.
• Deliver a remarkable and personalized client experience at every touchpoint.

Team Support & Coaching

• Provide coaching and guidance to Tellers and branch staff on products, special programs, and client needs.
• Identify client transaction needs, educate clients on digital channels, and utilize marketing tools to uncover opportunities.
• Present appropriate product offers and financial solutions to clients.

Qualifications & Skills

• bilingual in English.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and digital channels.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
