About This Role

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building relationships through proactive outreach 📞
- Assist customers with opening new accounts, service requests, and credit applications 📝
- Operate within policies and exercise sound judgment under managerial guidance 🎯
- Develop knowledge of bank products to meet customer needs 💼
- Demonstrate care and strengthen customer relationships 💖
- Offer suitable banking options and services to clients 💡
- Refer customers to other bankers and partners for comprehensive solutions 🔗
- This position involves customer contact and may include offering/negotiating loan terms and processing applications in compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting these requirements, including background checks. Additionally, compliant candidates must meet Loan Originator standards under Regulation Z (LO). 🏦
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of customer interaction experience, demonstrated through work, training, military service, or education 🏅
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, both speaking and listening 💬

Job Expectations

- Must obtain SAFE registration immediately upon employment; process facilitated via NMLS at NMLS website 🛡️
