The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and discreet Full-Time Executive Assistant to join our growing startup, backed by Tier One VCs. This role provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and CPO in our New York City office, managing schedules, travel, and special projects. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at multitasking independently, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and transportation
- Assist with personal arrangements as needed
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion
- Communication:
- Serve as the primary contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication
- Follow up on issues and coordinate communications to keep everyone informed
- Office Management:
- Oversee daily operations of our NYC office
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and liaise with vendors
- Maintain building relations, including communications with building management and cleaning services
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
- Experience: Minimum of one year supporting senior executives as a Personal or Executive Assistant
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Independent worker with a team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Hebrew is a plus
