Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Part-time Personal Assistant to aid our CEO in both strategic planning and daily operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders including team members, investors, and clients. The position is ideal for students, with a minimum commitment of 3 hours per day (48 hours per month).
Key Responsibilities ⚙️
- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal teams, investors, clients, and partners. Ensure efficient time management and prevent conflicts.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, take notes during meetings, and follow up on action items.
- Task Management: Assist in managing and tracking the CEO’s personal and professional tasks, along with key items for the management team.
- Communication: Draft, review, and send professional messages on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordination: Support the organization of internal and external events, including board meetings and investor presentations.
- Information Management: Organize and maintain digital files and documentation relevant to ongoing projects and relationships.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications 🎯
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English & Hebrew.
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Trello/Asana, or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Trustworthy, discreet, and highly reliable.
Preferred Qualifications 🌟
- Previous experience as an executive or personal assistant, especially in startups or high-growth environments.
- Experience supporting C-level executives.
- Familiarity with the energy sector or SaaS startups is a plus.
- Located in a time zone overlapping with Israel (Tel Aviv) is advantageous.
