🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the first point of contact: Serve as the friendly face for employees and managers on all HR-related topics
• Support new joiners: Guide them from offer letter to their first day and beyond
• Maintain HR systems: Ensure smooth operation, data accuracy, and quality
• Assist international teams: Support onboarding, mobility, and daily HR processes
• Create documents: HR letters, reports, and other materials that simplify people's lives
• Contribute to HR projects: Help improve and optimize our workflows and practices

🎯 What You Bring With You

• Educational background or experience: Degree in HR, Management, or related field, or proven hands-on experience
• Language skills: Fluency in French, specifically for supporting HR operations in Belgium
• Communication skills: Clear, confident, and approachable
• Attention to detail: Ability to bring structure and precision where needed
• Intercultural enjoyment: Passion for working with diverse backgrounds and cultures
• Proactive attitude: Adaptable, solution-oriented, and ready to tackle challenges
• Technical skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with HR platforms like Workday or ServiceNow is a plus
