RaisingHealth Partners, a dedicated Brooklyn-based nonprofit, strives to eliminate barriers to healthcare for immigrants and underserved communities. Annually, we assist over 20,000 New Yorkers in accessing vital health and social services. We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Peer Specialists.

🛠️ What You’ll Do:

• Provide outreach and education: Engage with the immigrant community about healthcare access, social services, and immigrant rights.
• Support individuals: Offer interpretation, case management, and follow-up support for those in need.
• Build community relationships: Advocate for community members' needs and foster strong connections.
• Promote healthy behaviors: Help families adopt healthy habits and access the care they deserve.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual proficiency: Fluent in Spanish or Mandarin and English.
• Compassionate advocate: Enjoy working with diverse communities and making an impact.
• Experience: Prior experience in case management, outreach, or social services is a plus.
• Educational background: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Computer skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

🕒 Work Details:

This is a full-time position scheduled from Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 6pm. There are opportunities for growth within the organization. Please note the position is grant-funded through 2026.
