About the Role

What You’ll Do:

• Provide outreach and education: Engage with the immigrant community about healthcare access, social services, and their rights.
• Offer interpretation, case management, and follow-up: Support individuals in need through personalized assistance.
• Build relationships: Connect with community members and advocate for their needs.
• Promote healthy behaviors: Assist families in accessing care and adopting healthier lifestyles.

What We’re Looking For:

• Language proficiency: Fluent in Spanish or Mandarin and English.
• Compassionate advocate: Enjoy working within diverse communities.
• Experience: Prior work in case management, outreach, or social services is a plus.
• Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Skills: Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Additional Details

This is a full-time role, scheduled Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 6pm, with opportunities for growth within the organization. Please note that this position is grant-funded through 2026.
