This opportunity is perfect for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician fluent in Mandarin, looking to work in a high-volume, well-supported clinical environment with a flexible schedule and strong community ties.

Position Overview

• Type: Fully outpatient role caring for patients ages 0 to 21 in a busy pediatric setting.
• Environment: Collaborative atmosphere with onsite support staff and modern EMR systems.
• Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a schedule with no hospital responsibilities, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

Schedule

• Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (minimum 3 days/week).
• Off-Duty: No nights, no weekends, and no on-call duties.
• Setting: Outpatient only — no inpatient rounding or hospital call.

Compensation & Benefits 💰

• Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Credentialing: Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Language: Fluent in Mandarin (required).
• Licensing: Active New York medical license or eligibility.
• Experience: Comfortable practicing in an outpatient pediatric setting. New graduates and experienced pediatricians are welcome.
