About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and caring Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to become a vital part of our growing pediatric team in Queens, NY. This position offers a rewarding chance to make a difference in the lives of children and adolescents ages 0-21. 🧸👩‍⚕️

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care for patients from newborns to young adults (ages 0-21).
• Conduct well-child exams, sports physicals, and developmental screenings.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in children and adolescents.
• Educate families on preventive care, growth milestones, and vaccinations.
• Collaborate with pediatricians and healthcare team members to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate records using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Follow up with patients and coordinate ongoing care plans.

Qualifications

• Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification and New York State license (or eligibility).
• Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (required).
• At least 1 year of pediatrics or family medicine experience preferred; new grads with strong pediatric rotations are welcome.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to culturally competent care.

Work Schedule & Flexibility

• Full-Time: 40 hours/week, outpatient only.
• Part-Time: Minimum of 3 days/week.
• No inpatient duties, no on-call hours, and no weekend work.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 annually, based on experience.
