Job Profile: Senior Investigator Payment Associate - Israel

ICON plc is seeking a dedicated Senior Investigator Payment Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing and processing investigator payments for clinical trials, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our financial operations. 💼

🌟 What You Will Be Doing

  • Managing the entire investigator payment process, including verification, processing, and reconciliation of transactions.
  • Collaborating with trial teams and finance to ensure timely and accurate payments aligned with study agreements and regulatory standards.
  • Maintaining detailed financial records of investigator payments, adhering to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Providing guidance to investigators and stakeholders on payment procedures, timelines, and documentation requirements.

🎯 Your Profile

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields; relevant certifications in clinical trial payments are a plus.
  • Extensive experience in financial management or payment processing, preferably within clinical research or healthcare sectors.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing complex payment processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to effectively resolve payment issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across teams.
  • Proficiency in Hebrew & English languages.
