Responsibilities
- 📞 Receive inbound phone calls to address routine and complex issues involving patients, doctors, and insurers
- Provide compassionate patient care, supporting pharma programs and triaging to the appropriate teams when needed
- Strive to meet and exceed performance targets consistently
- Document all call details and data discovery following operating procedures
- Utilize Knowledge Base resources to resolve inquiries efficiently
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information at all times 🔒
- Develop an understanding of company security and privacy protocols
- Participate in ongoing training on product updates, new features, and launch initiatives
- Share feedback to improve the patient experience, contributing to product and process enhancements
Location & Hours
Full-time position
- 40 hours per week, shifts between 7am - 7pm CT
- Rotating Saturdays, 8am - 4pm CT, based on business needs
- Onsite at: 400 South Woods Mills Rd, Suite 100, Chesterfield, MO 63017
- Flexible scheduling, with potential adjustments over time as needed

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred 🎓
- Fluent in Spanish (bilingual proficiency essential) 🇪🇸
- Previous experience in customer service or inbound call centers required
- Healthcare, pharmacy, or related industry experience strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong technical aptitude, analytical skills, sound judgment, and operational focus
- Passion for delivering outstanding patient care ❤️
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates and cross-functional teams
- Comfortable learning and using complex software systems
