Patient Enrollment Specialist I (Bilingual Cantonese) 🌟

The Patient Enrollment Specialist I (Bilingual Cantonese) plays a vital role in supporting both new and existing patients by guiding them through enrollment and program benefits.

Location & Work Environment 🏠

Location: Virtual – This role offers full-time remote work, with occasional in-person training sessions when required. This setup ensures maximum flexibility, autonomy, and promotes productivity while supporting work-life balance.

How You Will Make an Impact 💡

  • Review and prioritize patient census to ensure efficient enrollment process management.
  • Reach out to patients to explain available services and enroll them into suitable programs based on their needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including clinical and care support, to facilitate seamless patient onboarding.
  • Achieve enrollment targets and meet key performance indicators.
  • Provide support by addressing patient inquiries and scheduling initial and annual appointments.
  • Accurately document patient interactions and activities in designated systems.

Minimum Requirements 🎓

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience in call centers, sales, healthcare, or customer-focused environments, or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent background.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Cantonese required, specifically for the Carelon Global PR business unit.
