How You Will Make an Impact 💥
- Review and prioritize: Manage patient census effectively.
- Patient outreach: Explain services and enroll patients into appropriate programs based on their needs.
- Coordinate efforts: Work seamlessly with clinical and care teams for smooth patient onboarding.
- Achieve goals: Meet or surpass enrollment targets and key performance indicators.
- Provide support: Address patient inquiries and schedule initial and annual appointments.
- Documentation: Input data accurately into designated systems.
Minimum Requirements ✅
- High School diploma or equivalent, with 1+ years of experience in call centers, sales, healthcare, or customer-focused environments, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bilingual proficiency required for the Carelon Global PR business unit.
