Location & Work Environment 🏡

Location: Virtual – This position offers full-time remote work, with mandatory in-person training sessions when needed. Our flexible approach fosters productivity, work-life balance, and effective onboarding.

How You Will Make an Impact 🚀

• Review and prioritize patient census: Manage patient data efficiently.
• Engage with patients: Explain available services and enroll them into suitable programs based on their needs.
• Coordinate seamlessly: Collaborate with clinical and care teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding.
• Achieve goals: Meet or exceed enrollment targets and key performance indicators.
• Provide ongoing support: Address inquiries, schedule initial and annual appointments.
• Document accurately: Enter data into designated systems to ensure records are up-to-date.

Minimum Requirements ✅

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 1 year in call centers, sales, healthcare, or customer-focused environments, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual proficiency: Required for the Carelon Global PR business unit.

Work Strategy & Additional Information 📋

Elevance Health adheres to a Hybrid Workforce Strategy. Unless specified as primarily virtual, associates are expected to work onsite at least once per week, with possible additional days. Specific onsite requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.
