The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for scheduling patients, obtaining necessary documentation, answering phones, and coordinating aspects of patient care to promote continuity. The role also includes performing prior authorizations when needed, all while embodying the mission and values of Providence Medical Group. Required Qualifications ✔️

• Customer service-related experience

Preferred Qualifications 🌟

• At least 6 months of office or medical office experience
• At least 6 months of Electronic Medical Record / Practice Management experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred but not required)

Compensation

Salary Range by Location in Washington: Min: $18.83 – Max: $28.80
