Position: Passenger Service Agent

Location: JFK International Airport, Jamaica, NY

Employment Type: Temporary (Long-term)

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $21.25/hr (Training), $22.70/hr (Post-training)

Night Shift Allowance: Additional $5 per night shift worked

Hours: Total 35-40 hours/week (may vary due to flight schedules)

Work Hours & Shifts

• Morning Shift: 6:15 AM – 2:45 PM (30 min break)
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:45 AM (45 min break)
• Schedule: 5 days a week, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

Main Responsibilities

Assist passengers during pre-departure and post-arrival operations, providing excellent service at check-in counters, lounges, and terminals at JFK Airport, NY. ✈️🧳

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• OPT candidates in Hospitality, Airline, Tourism majors are welcome.
• Passionate about customer service with relevant education or work experience.
• Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English (Business Level in both languages).
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
