Job Summary
The Passenger Service Agent plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth passenger journey by providing services such as:
- Reservations, ticketing, and baggage processing
- Terminal and gate check-in, gate operations
- Greeting arriving passengers and VIP handling
- Assisting passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors and wheelchair assistance
- Handling customer complaints and other duties as assigned
The **expected pay rate** is $18.50/hr.
Language Requirements
Fluency in English (written and verbal) and at least one of the following languages is required:
- Japanese
- Korean
- Vietnamese
- Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
- Filipino
Your Activities
- Inspect and verify passenger documentation 📝
- Issue boarding passes and reschedule affected passengers ✈️
- Manage baggage processing, including handling and fee calculation 🧳
- Assist passengers through arrival and check-in, supporting those with special needs 🆘
- Guide passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine procedures 🚧
- Make public address announcements 📢
- Support Ramp Service Agents with wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags 🛬
- Comply with all security and company policies 🔐
- Operate equipment such as jet ways, reservation software, and check-in systems 🖥️
- Produce necessary documentation 📄
- Perform other duties as assigned 🔄
Your Profile
- High School diploma or GED 🎓
- Passionate about customer service with relevant experience ❤️
- Excellent communication skills in country-specific language 🗣️
- Additional languages are a plus 🌐
- Commitment to continuous improvement 📈
- Self-motivated and able to work independently 💪
- Attentive to detail and numerate 🔢
- Ability to follow procedures with flexibility when needed 🔄
- Proficient in typing and airline reservation software 🖱️
- Willingness to work in inclement weather ☔
