About the Role 🎯
We are looking for motivated Account Executives to join our North America Partnerships team. Your primary mission will be to engage with warm leads and recruit new organizations to grow Odoo's partner network across North America.
In this role, you will:
- Introduce potential partners to Odoo's comprehensive suite of business applications, helping them enhance their services and generate new revenue streams.
- Manage partner relationships within a designated territory, guiding them through onboarding and sales cycles.
- Receive comprehensive training on the Odoo ecosystem to ensure successful deal closure and support for tailored implementations.

Responsibilities 📝
- Conduct partnership recruitment for Odoo ERP software, utilizing data analytics, CRM score tracking, and BANT strategy evaluation.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue via the Odoo scoring lead system, including identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Analyze strategic changes, report key metrics by extracting data, recognizing trends, and creating dashboards for managerial reporting within Odoo software.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas through accurate forecasting and effective pipeline management.
- Collaborate with teams to design and negotiate customized implementation packages for future partners.
Requirements ✅
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in business or related field) or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English and French (professional or native/bilingual) — reading, writing, and speaking.
- Strong awareness of software and emerging technologies.
- Minimum of 1 year B2B sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Genuine interest in business operations.
Preferred Qualifications 🌟

- Experience with accounting, manufacturing, inventory, CRM, POS, or e-commerce software.
- Prior SaaS or PaaS pre/post-sales experience.
- Intrinsic motivation and curiosity about understanding business owners and their organizations.

Compensation Range 💰
Estimated annual OTE: $70,000 - $90,000, with a base salary of $50,000 - $70,000. Actual compensation may vary based on education, experience, and location.
