What You'll Do

  • 📈 Drive quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth through assigned partners
  • 🔍 Conduct territory analysis and planning to identify top potential partners
  • 📝 Perform account planning tailored to partner engagement, loyalty, and responsiveness
  • 🎓 Train new and existing partners on current and upcoming products
  • 🚀 Guide partners through onboarding and enablement, providing all necessary resources and tools
  • 🤝 Motivate and enable partners to sell Acronis services, attract new customers, and retain existing ones
  • 🤝 Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring partner satisfaction throughout their lifecycle
  • 🔄 Lead upsell and cross-sell initiatives to increase service attachment rates
  • ❌ Minimize churn by proactively engaging and supporting partners
  • 🛠️ Coordinate internal resources to foster partner growth
  • 📂 Maintain comprehensive partner profiles in Partner Passport, ensuring at least 80% fields are completed
  • 🔄 Lead partner lifecycle activities focusing on education, evangelization, and commitment
  • 📞 Maintain regular contact with partners based on their priority level

What You Bring

  • 🧑‍💼 Over 5 years of sales and marketing experience within the software industry (Channel Sales, Partner Account Management, or Channel Development)
  • 📝 Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish
  • 🛡️ Proven experience in cybersecurity, demonstrating industry best practices and protocols
  • 🌩️ Deep knowledge of channel sales, field sales, and cloud market business models
  • 🎤 Excellent presentation, planning, and communication skills
  • 🎯 Customer-centric mindset with a eagerness to learn various aspects of the business
  • 🗓️ High attention to detail, disciplined, and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • 🤝 Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented attitude
  • 🧗 Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
