What You'll Do 🚀
- Drive quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth through assigned partners.
- Conduct territory analysis and planning for specific regions to identify top potential partners.
- Perform account planning with managed partners, tailoring details based on engagement, loyalty, and responsiveness.
- Train both new and existing partners on current and new products.
- Guide partners through onboarding and enablement, providing necessary knowledge, resources, and tools.
- Motivate and support partners to sell Acronis services to their existing customer base, attract new clients, and retain current customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring partner satisfaction and serving as the primary contact throughout the partner lifecycle.
- Implement successful upsell and cross-sell initiatives to increase attachment rates of new services.
- Focus on partner retention by minimizing churn and fostering long-term relationships.
- Coordinate internal resources to support partner growth.
- Profile each managed partner using vendor tools, maintaining comprehensive information in Partner Passport with at least 80% data completeness.
- Lead partners through their lifecycle with regular activities focused on education, evangelization, and engagement.
- Maintain consistent communication tailored to each partner’s priority level.
What You Bring 🎯
- Over 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the software industry, particularly in channel sales, partner account management, or channel development within a software vendor environment.
- Proficiency in English and Turkish.
- Proven cybersecurity expertise, demonstrating a solid understanding of industry practices and protocols.
- Deep experience in channel and field sales, with an understanding of cloud market business models.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and planning skills.
- Strong internal customer focus and eagerness to learn all facets of the business.
- High discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative and resilient attitude.
- Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in Turkish and English.
