Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Partner Success Manager to join our efforts in protecting the digital world. This role is based in North Italy, and candidates must be fluent in both Italian and English. Note: We only accept applications in English. 😊
What You'll Do
- 📈 Drive quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth through managing assigned partners
- 🔍 Analyze territories and develop plans for specific geographies to identify top potential partners
- 📝 Conduct account planning with all managed partners, customized based on engagement, loyalty, and responsiveness
- 🎓 Train both new and existing partners on current and new products
- 🎯 Guide partners through onboarding and enablement with necessary knowledge, resources, and tools
- 💼 Motivate and support partners to sell Acronis services, attract new customers, and retain existing ones
- 🤝 Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring partner satisfaction throughout their lifecycle
- 🔄 Lead upsell and cross-sell initiatives to increase attach rates of new services
- 🚫 Minimize churn and ensure partner retention through dedicated efforts
- 🤝 Coordinate internal resources to support partner growth
- 🗂️ Manage partner profiles within Partner Passport, ensuring at least 80% of fields are completed
- 🎯 Lead partners along their lifecycle through regular educational, evangelizing, and engagement activities
- 📞 Maintain regular contact with partners, adjusted by priority levels
What You Bring
- ✔️ Over 5 years of sales and marketing experience within the software industry, especially in channel sales or partner management roles
- 🌐 Fluent in both English and Turkish
- 🔒 Proven experience in a cybersecurity company, with strong understanding of industry practices and protocols
- 🌩️ In-depth knowledge of channel and field sales, with an understanding of cloud market dynamics
- 📊 Excellent presentation, communication, and planning skills
- 💡 Customer-focused mindset with a desire to learn all aspects of the business
- 📝 Attention to detail, discipline, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- 🤝 Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative attitude
- 🧠 Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities
- 🔥 Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
