What You'll Do 🎯
- Drive revenue growth by working through assigned partners to increase cloud sales quarter over quarter
- Analyze and plan territories to identify top potential partners in dedicated regions
- Conduct account planning with managed partners based on their engagement, loyalty, and responsiveness
- Train partners on existing and new products to ensure product knowledge and confidence
- Guide onboarding and enablement processes, providing partners with necessary resources and tools
- Motivate and support partners to sell Acronis services, attract new clients, and retain existing customers
- Ensure partner satisfaction by acting as a trusted advisor and single point of contact throughout the partner lifecycle
- Coordinate upsell and cross-sell initiatives to increase service attach rates
- Minimize churn by proactively engaging with partners and addressing concerns
- Engage internal resources to facilitate partner growth and success
- Maintain partner profiles in Partner Passport with at least 80% data completeness
- Lead partner lifecycle management through regular educational and evangelizing activities
- Maintain regular contact with partners based on their priority level
What You Bring 🌟
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in sales and marketing within the software industry, especially in Channel Sales or Partner Account Management
- Proficiency in English and Turkish
- Proven experience in cybersecurity, with a solid understanding of industry practices and protocols
- In-depth knowledge of channel and field sales, especially in the cloud market
- Excellent presentation, communication, and planning skills
- Strong internal customer focus with a desire to learn all business aspects
- High discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities
- Collaborative team player with a persistent "never give up" attitude
- Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Note: Fluency in both Turkish and English is required.
